В ночь с 11 на 12 июля, сразу после открытия XXXIII Международного фестиваля искусств «Славянский базар в Витебске», состоялся концерт «Танцплощадка Душевного радио», в котором вместе с другими известными артистами (группа «На-На», ретровумен-трио «Розовые Розы»», группа “Cosa Nostra”, DJ Дмитрий Санкович) принял участие Игорь Тальков младший со своей группой «МирИмиР». Это первое выступление музыканта на Славянском базаре.

На открытой площадке перед концертным залом «Витебск» Игорь Тальков младший исполнил не только широко известные и любимые народом песни отца, включая «Памяти Цоя», «Я вернусь», «Чистые пруды», «Самый лучший день», но и свои собственные произведения, текст, музыку и даже аранжировку к которым он пишет сам.
Публика продолжительными аплодисментами и очень тепло встретила прозвучавшие со сцены авторские песни Талькова младшего: «Братские народы», «Душа», «Течение жизни» (памяти Децла). Несмотря на позднее время, энергии у пришедших в эту ночь на «Танцплощадку Душевного радио» жителей и гостей Витебска не становилось меньше: зрители танцевали, подпевали и всячески поддерживали любимых артистов.
Свое выступление музыкант завершил песней «Спасательный круг», которую здесь же, в Витебске, исполнил его отец на концерте в 1990 году.
Под дружные аплодисменты и крики «Браво!» Игорь Тальков младший вместе со своим коллективом «МирИмиР» пообещал вернуться в душевный Витебск уже с сольным концертом.
